The philosophy of a holistic approach is characterized by the understanding that all parts are intimately interconnected and can only be understood when taking the whole into consideration. These parts include body, mind, and spirit. As we navigate our daily lives we must recognize that all things have an effect. We are either moving toward health or away from it with every choice we make.
Education and Support are Paramount
As a Holistic Realtor with an education and professional experience in holistic care, I am concerned with what may be moving my client in either direction, and assist them in whatever way I am able to help move them toward health.
With each client this process will look different. Every client has unique goals, needs, desires, sensitivities, limitations, and so on. It is my job to help my client identify what their goals are and how to reach them with the least amount of stress, anxiety, and difficulty. This is done by really listening to understand what it is they are wanting to accomplish, asking questions to ensure I understand well, and then formulating a plan for the journey that will save them time and frustration.
I am acutely aware that time is one of our greatest commodities and protecting my client's time is of utmost importance to me. I educate myself ahead of time on each property I show my clients to ensure it checks all the boxes and so I can answer all their questions with confidence during the showing.
I make sure my clients are educated on what to expect on the journey ahead, the timeline of to-dos, the details of each form before they sign anything, my plans to ensure the journey goes smoothly, and I make sure they know that I am available to their answer questions along the way. I check in with my clients regularly to make sure they are well informed and feel supported.

I have made it my mission to find local and online service providers and businesses who align with our holistic values and/or have a very high-rating of quality for what they provide. I have put together a directory which includes property inspection for air quality, mold, soil, water, etc., housekeeping, carpet and upholstery cleaning, lawncare, and pest control services that use all-natural products to ensure safety from harmful chemicals. I have collected a list of furniture, home décor, and mattress stores, as well as a list of holistic care providers in the area and places to purchase clean, organic, local food and products.
For my clients who are interested, as a Certified Clinical Master Herbalist, I can also offer stress-reducing herbal supplementation and holistic counsel.
